Youth Entrepreneur Business Development Grants are offered to area middle and high school students wanting to start their own business for the summer. Students are selected and awarded mini-grant dollars based on business plans developed with the assistance of mentors from the Chamber's Small Business Council and SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives).
Business plan applications are due early in May. SCORE and Partners in Education provide the financial support for the Youth Entrepreneur Grants.
