Surrounded by the economic might of the nation's Midwest, the zone provides direct access to world markets via land, sea and air. The Austin Straubel International Airport designation as a general- purpose foreign trade zone includes 2,300 acres of airport property. Leicht Transfer and Storage Co., under an agreement with the airport, operates the foreign trade zone.
